مبتنی بر بررسی اسناد دولتی جمع آوری شده در
مورد این موضوع، و در مشورت با وزیر دادگستری و وزیر خزانه داری، من نتیجه گیری میكنم
كه یك مبنای واقعی كافی وجود دارد كه به این نتیجه برسیم كه شرایط مربوطه توضیح
داده شده در بخش 219 قانون مهاجرت و تابعیت آنطور كه اصلاح شد (قانون 8 U.S.C. 1189) در رابطه با سپاه
پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی وجود دارد؛ كه با اسامی زیر هم شناخته میشود:

Based upon a review of the Administrative
Record assembled in this matter, and in consultation with the Attorney General

This determination shall be published in the
Federal Register.
